#9 Discovery Cove
Owned and operated by the same company which runs Sea World Parks, Discovery Cove in Orlando, Florida enables guests to get up close and personal and even interact directly with a wide variety of marine animals. The theme park also includes a coral reef, where guests can navigate the waters, as they snorkel side by side tropical fish (including 4-feet wide Sting Rays). The theme park also includes a shark and tiger-fish tank, secured behind protective glass. The park is also home to an impressive aviary, which houses almost 300 species of tropical and exotic birds. The landscape within Discovery Coast also boasts a river, beaches, waterfalls, rainforest landscape and a freshwater resort pool.
