10. Sophia Loren

Sophia Loren was born on 20 September, 1934 in Rome, Italy. Her career began early in life with acting and pageants. At the age of 16, she won Miss Elegance 1950 title in the Miss Italia pageant. She also got married at the age of 16 to 37-year-old Carlo Ponti. Though Ponti had been long separated from his first wife, he was not legally divorced when Loren married him. Sophia was one of the most popular film stars in the world. She has been known for her beauty and sex appeal. Her famous quote: “Sex appeal is fifty percent what you’ve got and fifty percent what people think you’ve got.”
9. Brigitte Bardot

Brigitte Bardot was born on 28 September, 1934 in Paris, France. She was an actress, singer, model and one of the best known sex symbols of the late 1950s and 1960s. She was born a brunette, but she decided to dye her hair blonde for an Italian movie role. She was so pleased to appear as a blonde that she decided to retain the hair colour. Her famous movies are: “The Truth”, ” God Created Woman”, and “Naughty Girl.” In 1973, Bardot announced she was retiring from acting and became an animal activist.
