Refining the natural grains extracts most of the natural fibers and vitamins found in it. All these naturally found mineral fibers and vitamins are replaced with synthetic ones. Most of the time, re-fortified grains are in cereals that we have for breakfast. Consuming synthetic nutrients doesn’t bring any benefit to our health. It’s quite tricky that they swap those natural nutrients with synthetic ones and claim that they have all the necessary minerals.  It’s always recommended to consume the natural and unfortified grains.
