There have been many development struggles for this one, too, but they haven’t stopped fans from eating up every announcement that comes out. After creating this ultra violent game, Doom developers aren’t making apologies for the gore. If you’re not a fan of blowing up monsters, smashing heads in, and chain sawing their bodies to bits, this probably isn’t for you. If that’s your cup of tea, though, get ready for one delicious tea.

8. Mirror’s Edge Catalyst
Fans of the original running action-adventure game can’t wait to learn more about Faith and her back story. Development on this one involved major changes in the combat system, including the omission of gun skills for the protagonist. The developers have also described an open-world design, and gamers will be able to start exploring by the end of May, 2016, according to EA.
