#8 Magic Kingdom Park
Magic Kingdom was the first of the four Walt Disney Worlds to be built, opening in October, 1971. Since the Disney name is synonymous with Disney characters and the make-believe, fairy tale world which they inhabit, this theme park is dedicated to them. The focal landmark of the park is the iconic Cinderella Castle. Magic Kingdom is divided into six themed “lands”, which feature a range of Disney-movie attractions, including those from Toy Story, Cinderella, Dumbo, Aladdin, Mickey Mouse, Monsters Inc., Peter Pan as well as the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise.
