17. Sugar-Free Desserts
Next on the list of diet foods that nutritionists would never let you eat is sugar-free desserts. In the past few decades we have seen a drastic change in the food industry in terms of replacing natural sugar with unnatural sugar-free products. You might be on a full healthy diet free from sugar, but consuming sugar-free desserts for your sweet tooth is not justifiable at any cost. Having a small amount of natural sugar is not unhealthy in contrast to processed sugar-free foods. This will not even satisfy your need of sugar consumption and is not better than natural sugar contained desserts.
